Yes! We have ample free parking so no need to have this worry when you come a visit us.

Yes! We accept card and cash payments.

The following treatments are either not allowed or are restricted on pregnant clients:

Reflexology: Not allowed during the first trimester however after this period it is then okay to have with some alterations to the treatment.

Massage: Not allowed during the first trimester. We don't offer any back massage on pregnant clients so only massage that's performed face up is offered for the remained of the pregnancy. Meaning the following areas are able to be massaged: feet, front of legs, arms, shoulders and face. 

Facials: Allowed throughout with some alterations to products.

Reiki: Not allowed during first trimester. Is allowed however this is the clients decision and own risk so you will need to talk to us directly before going ahead.

The following treatments have age restrictions:

The Gel Bottle (gel manicure/pedicure) : Must be over the age of 16 years old to receive normal gel polish and over the age of 18 years old to receive Builder gel polish.

Lash or Brow tinting: 16 years old +

Lash lift: 16 years old +

Waxing: Intimate waxing (high bikini wax, Brazilian or Hollywood) must be 16 years old +. All other waxing can be performed as long as a parent or guardian is present.

Children are allowed in the salon as long as they are happy to sit during the treatment and don't disrupt or effect the therapist being able to perform the treatment. Children are your own responsibility within the salon and therefore we allow you to be the judge of whether its appropriate or if you are able to bring your child with  you. 

If you use any of the following products, these must be stopped 1 week prior to waxing: 

Retinol (and any retinoids such as tretinoin or vitamin A), Benzoyl peroxide, thinning skin creams, AHA's (chemical exfoliator's).

You cannot have any waxing if you are currently taking or have used Accutane or Roaccutane in the past year.

The following treatments require a patch test to be performed a minimum of 48 hours prior to the treatment:

Any lash or brow tinting and Lash lifts.

Please note that if you have not had the treatment within 6 months of your patch test or have had a 6 month gap since you last had this treatment, you will be required to be re patch tested.

When you have arrived, you will need to go to the first set of doors for the building (the ones with the plant pots outside) and send us a WhatsApp message to let us know that you have arrived. The outside door will be open so you can wait in the small corridor where we will then come and let you in once we are ready for you.
